COMPENSATION PLAN: How It Works
Your monthly income is from three sources:
A. 20% commission
on your personal sales to clients. Commissions are residual and are paid
every month your client maintains his account in good standing. The first
five referrals pay for your Internet access. Monthly checks are distributed
for additional earnings. If someone you refer drops out, everyone they
have referred act as direct referrals for you with $5/month commission
for each one.
B. Group Performance Bonus
is paid monthly based upon the revenue stream for Internet access
generated by the entire (infinitely wide and deep) organization which
you create. The bonus chart is as follows (monthly sales volume is $25
x the number of clients anywhere in your downline):

C. Bonus Pool
shared by all individuals whose organizations exceed $180,000 in
a month during the fiscal year. This bonus is shared pro rata and is
equivalent to 5% of annual sales volume.
Clients in your downline who have earned a performance
bonus will be paid by Syncon out of your earnings. As long as you have
more than one healthy leg in your organization, you should be one or more
commission levels above those in your downline and earn some percentage
of all sales in your organization. There is no requirement to sell any
specific number of accounts to remain a consultant in good standing. No
time limit exists for making referrals, and commissions continue following
one-time referrals. There is, however, a requirement to maintain
a personal account in order to collect commissions or bonuses. Look at

Startup Costs
The only cost required for startup is $25 for your first
month of Internet service. If you are currently online, you can transfer
to Syncon with no charge. If you are not online, you will need a CD or
disc set from Syncon, which will be sent to you for a minimal fee (currently
$5.00). There is no minimum required monthly sale or recruiting requirement.
In your business you represent and sell Internet access through services
licensed by Synergy Consultants, Inc. Syncon provides all technical support
and billing services. There is no registration fee to become a distributor.
Other Expenses
Marketing costs (IF you choose to purchase advertising)
will vary for flyers, mailing, lead solicitation, web site, etc.
As an independent consultant, market as little or much as you desire. Low-cost
methods have proven more effective than expensive promotion since
potential customers can more easily envision themselves using the
same simple methods with little investment. There may also be administrative
costs of operating your business. You will want to provide "front-line"
client support to your client base since these are your work force and
you have the greatest interest in their success.
POTENTIAL
Just as an example, if you sign up five who also sign up
five, you have earned free Internet service plus $77.50 per month.
If you sign up ten clients, however, who in turn sign up five who also
sign up five, you will be earning $416.25 per month PLUS free Internet
access for yourself - all from your original 10 referrals. If all
new customers then refer five clients each, your income goes up to
$3,930.00 per month. These figures include performance bonuses paid
out to those in your downline. Don't just dream about making money.
These are real figures. Because your downline customers are supplied
with a simple marketing plan, do not pay any distributor fees, and are
expected to find only five customers each, everyone can do this.These results
are quite achievable. Once you have this many people in your organization,
you are bound to have several hard workers who will go on to earn even
greater bonuses for themselves and for you.
